PHIL THE ROLY POLY ®
Ethan Mason
Phil was having a good day.He was walking in the road to the base of the tree where the rest of his family was.He heard a noise of one of one of those big
obnoxious metal things that people call “cars”. Phil started to roll down the road to get to get to a sidewalk. Then suddenly a loud screech echoed through the Davidson area.Phil rolled up and rolled down the street constantly hitting his head on the cement when he had rolled for a while he came out at the flatiron restaurant. The expression on Phil’s face was priceless. He was so dizzy that he was seeing stars. He hit his head so many times that he would need to use scientific notations to say the number. He evaluated what entrance of the flatiron he had rolled up to.It looked like the front entrance but with lots of people.Through the crowd all he could make out was the front desk.Phil was hungry he rolled over to the nearest table and ate small tomato seeds there where lots of people then he saw him, THE EXTERMINATOR. The exterminator walked into the back of the flat iron and Phil rolled as fast as he could but there were too many people. All of their shoes were blocking his path.He kept running to the entrance, but was cut off by the shoes of the customers that were coming in.There was no way that he was going to be… what's the term, exterminated by a boot.He saw a chance and he rolled as fast as he could,he made it out by a tiny gap.It was cold for October. The street monitors were distributing ice on the street.People rushed by with variable scarves, coats, and hats. The people at the restaurant had the air conditioning on at full power.Phil substituted the road for the sidewalk and was blown into a tree from the air of a nearby car.
